COREvolution’s Energy Services Manager is the guru who makes sures our sustainability efforts enhance our business performance.
PROCESS
The Energy Services Manager directs electricity, water and natural gas procurement and use, analyzing end-user data, coordinating energy-related rebates and assisting with design-phase energy studies for new construction projects, major rehabilitations and energy retrofits.
RESULTS

By managing incentive-funded affordable housing decarbonization projects, we consistently cut energy use and utility bills by up to 30%-50% — with a minimum of out-of-pocket spending. This, in turn, slashes greenhouse gas emissions, strengthens affordability for low-income households and improves resident comfort and safety.

Macallan Mitchell brings five years of experience in energy efficiency and sustainable housing to his role as Energy Services Manager at COREvolution. He specializes in developing energy-saving strategies for affordable housing developments, ensuring low-income families have access to cost-effective, eco-friendly living spaces.
Macallan’s expertise includes conducting energy audits, researching high-efficiency equipment, implementing energy-efficiency devices, managing government-funded incentive programs and recommending cost-effective improvements to reduce energy consumption and costs. As an expert in energy funding, he coordinates with contractors, incentive agencies and municipalities to secure funds for energy-efficient housing initiatives and manages multiple decarbonization projects.
Macallan is dedicated to promoting advanced green building practices and advocating for policies that support affordable, energy-efficient housing solutions. He holds a degree in liberal arts and sciences from Quest University of Canada specializing in renewable energy technologies and sustainable practices.
